About the company

The Green Intelligence is a social enterprise founded in 2020 with the aim to increase biodiversity and land productivity, with a vision to make it mutually beneficial for both nature and humans. They have restored 50+ hectares and planted 28,000 trees reaching 1,200 households. They have created, in partnership, a ‘Developed Forest Remote Sensing’ device which produces data, like soil moisture-levels and temperature, to support regenerative efforts. They also provide trainings for youth to learn the importance and the opportunities for landscape restoration, and how to use technology for the same. Through these interventions they target issues related to forest health, community awareness, data transparency and limited economic opportunities in rural areas.
