Process

𝟭. Get in touch and view workspace options
Contact us, view the available workspace options and submit your business profile or retail concept.

𝟮. Sign and submit Offer Letter for Initial Approval
Choose your workspace, log into the Expo City Dubai Authority Portal to submit your signed Offer Letter, Business Setup Application, required documents, and payment. Expo City Dubai Authority will review your application and issue the Initial Approval.
𝟯. Lease and licence finalisation
Sign your Lease Agreement, submit the required legal documents including government authority approvals (if applicable) and complete the payment of registration and licensing fees for your Final Approval.
𝟒. Get your licence
Upon completion of payment and documents review, you will receive your Expo City Dubai Licence, Registration Certificate and Company Card, as well as the counter-signed Lease Agreement.
