Taking place amidst the enchanting ambiance of the Surreal water feature – where water defies gravity in a spectacular display of water, uplifting music and dramatic fire – the Surreal iftar is an occasion to remember.

With the magical backdrop complimented by magnificent sunset views, the Surreal water feature is a memorable location for guests to break their fast.

As walls of water plummet from four storeys high, guests are invited to explore a wide range of live cooking stations and sample a tempting fusion of traditional dishes and reimagined favourites lovingly crafted by a line-up of celebrated guest chefs.

The diverse culinary journey is complemented with an array of Ramadan desserts and beverages, including Arabic delights such as halawet el jeben (sweet cheese rolls) with pistachio cream, hand-made baklava; mastic smoked jallab (fruit syrup) with pine nuts; homemade apricot-based drink qamar al-deen; sour laban aryan (a savoury yoghurt-based beverage) and traditional coffee and tea.
