Mobility on-site
Before using a unit from our Mobility Hub, you must complete a form, including signing the Terms and Conditions to initiate the service. Accessing the form is simple and can be done through either of these two steps:
- Scan the QR code at one of our mobility hubs
- Pre-fill this form on the day of your arrival before reaching the mobility hub
You can return the unit to the nearest Mobility Hub at your convenience.
Please note this service is exclusively designed for wheelchairs and strollers and is not intended for personal mobility unit drop-offs.
- The Wheelchairs and Strollers are to be used only for lawful and ethical purposes
- Users must inspect Wheelchairs and Strollers upon delivery, ensuring their proper condition
- Any damages must be reported immediately before commencing use
- Users must report any accidents or damages during the rental period
- We are not liable for any injuries or losses resulting from misuse of Wheelchairs or Strollers
- Users are required to return Wheelchairs and Strollers to their designated areas once they finish using them
- Renters are required to provide ID while using the mobility services
- All rented mobility items must be returned back to the same location from where they were rented
- Mobility scooters/ECVs are for use by senior citizens and people of determination only
